This site is allocated within the recently adopted Mendip Local Plan Part II as a suitable location for new residential development.  The role of Blue Fox Planning is to coordinate the preparation of an outline planning application for up to 190 dwellings and to arrange public consultation via a dedicated consultation website.

The site will provide for a mix of house types and sizes, including affordable housing in a highly sustainable location.   By working closely with other technical disciplines we are able to ensure that the scheme responds positively to the site specific circumstances, supporting the delivery of public open space, areas of play and ecological enhancements.
