This site is identified in the draft Wiltshire Local Plan Review as a proposed allocation to provide for approximately 350 dwellings.    Blue Fox Planning has been instructed to coordinate and manage the submission of a detailed planning application for 288 dwellings.  Alongside this, Blue Fox Planning is representing Bloor Homes through the Wiltshire Local Plan Review Examination in Public.

In preparing this planning application, the proposals have sought to respond positively and sensitively to known constraints, which includes archaeology and heritage assets.  Working closely with the project team and key stakeholders, including Historic England, the proposals provide a sustainable pattern of development that supports the protection and enhancement of key heritage features.

Blue Fox Planning is currently working towards a positive decision in the first half of 2026.
