• “Park and Stride” provision for secondary school drop-off (approximately 26 car parking spaces/0.07 hectares);
• Footpath/cycle path connections;
• Open space including a Local Equipped Area of Play and surface water attenuation area (2.8 hectares);
• Green infrastructure including new woodland planting (1.1 hectares); and
• Existing woodland (1.22 hectares

In addition, Blue Fox has led a multi-disciplinary team on the preparation and submission of a detailed pre-application advice request which was submitted to Cotswold District Council in December 2021. This will, in due course, inform any future planning application for the site.
