Land at Glebe Farm, Steyning, Horsham, West Sussex
Promotion of a circa 14ha site in Steyning through the Horsham Local Plan review. Originally, a small part of the site was proposed to be allocated for 50 dwellings in the Regulation 18 draft plan.

Saltram Meadows New Community, Plymstock, Plymouth
Saltram Meadows, formerly know as Plymstock Quarry, was granted outline planning consent in 2011 for a major redevelopment scheme consisting of 1,684 new homes, employment uses, food retail, community uses and extensive open space and leisure facilities.

This site is allocated within the recently adopted Mendip Local Plan Part II as a suitable location for new residential development.

Outline proposals for up to 150 new homes at this site have been submitted to Wiltshire Council. As a Market Town in Wiltshire, Melksham is a key location for significant levels of growth within the current plan period and through the Local Plan review.

This site, to the west of Phase 9 of the Seaton Neighbourhood, is a strategic development location within Plymouth. Outline consent was granted in 2013 for up to 873 dwellings and 8,000sqm of business space and 2,000sqm of commerical (retail) floorspace.

Land at East Anton, Andover
Land at East Anton is located to the east of Andover, within the Test Valley Borough Council area. Taylor Wimpey are successfully building out their existing development at Augusta Park and through the Local Plan Review process, Blue Fox Planning is promoting additional land capable of accommodating in the order of 1,500 new homes and supporting infrastructure.
