Blue Fox Planning has prepared and coordinated the submission of an outline planning application for up to 150 dwellings.  

This site is not identified in the development plan as a location for residential development.  However, in preparing this application Blue Fox Planning has provided robust justification for the proposals, demonstrating that it represents a suitable and sustainable development location and that there are material considerations of sufficient weight, including the absence of a 5 year housing land supply, to justify the grant of planning permission.

It is anticipated that this application will be taken to Somerset Council Planning Committee early in 2026.
