Blue Fox Planning secured Reserved Matters approval for Persimmon on this site in 2023. We continue to assist with the discharge of conditions accross the various Phases of development as well as advising on the use of Non Material Amendment and Section 73 Applications as the scheme evolves.  

This project has installed a close working relationship with officers at Torbay Council and the wider project team.
