Following our success at Glebe Farm Steyning for this client, Blue Fox Planning is instructed by Richborough to promote land under its control adjacent to Coneyhurst Road, to the east of Billingshurst. Located within 400 metres of Billingshurst Railway Station, the site represents an eminently deliverable and sustainable development opportunity as well as delivering significant benefits for the community. The site could deliver approximately 380 new homes making it capable of making a meaningful contribution towards addressing Horsham District’s housing land supply shortfall.

Blue Fox has been closely involved in the site’s promotion through the emerging Horsham District Local Plan, including submissions at the Call for Sites stage and formal representations at Regulation 19 stage as well as engagement with the Local Plan Examination.
